The purpose of this board is to support and suppliment event organization for APL.

Donahue Creek - Larch Mountain Road (Off of Columbia Scenic Highway) Near Mile marker 6 (AKA: 937th's Lower Field)

Directions 1:
Directions: Take I-84 to Exit 17 (Troutdale) After the Flying-J go Right.
Continue to Stark St. Take a Left.
Off the Stark Street Bridge take a Right.
Keep Going on Columbia Scenic Highway.
After the Portland Women's Forum Larch Mountain Road will go off to the right, follow it to just past Mile Marker 6, you are there.

Directions 2:
Directions: Take I-84 to the Corbett Exit, up the hill and Left at Corbett (Columbia Scenic – Crown Point).
Keep Going on Columbia Scenic Highway.
After the Portland Women's Forum Larch Mountain Road will go off to the right, follow it to just past Mile Marker 6, you are there.
Parking will be limited, so if you can Carpool, please do


This event will be set up Tournament Style.
Squad/Team Size: 7-12 Person.

Each team will be graded on:
-Mission Execution
-Time On Objective
-Mission Completion
-Teamwork and Sportsmanship
-Body Count

5 Objectives.
-React to Ambush
-Break Contact
-Knock Out A Bunker
-React to Contact
-Conduct a Hasty Defense

At start time each team will report to the Admin with team name and head-count. Your team will be deducted 1000 points for every 5 minutes that they are late. After each mission you will be told where to link up with your admin for the next mission. There will be 5 Objectives You will not be told what objective you will be going on until the end of the previous objective.

Each team member will be given a casualty packet. It will be opened only if the player is hit.
Players that are hit, will immediately pull out a death rag and then open their packet.
Players missing death rags will have 50 points deducted every round they are missing one. Loss of any part of the casualty packet will be a deduction of 150 points each.

RESPAWN:
If a player is hit, the instructions in the packet must be followed in order for your player to return to the game. Your team will be expected to bring rags, bandanas or military style bandages, to simulate first aid. Failure to follow the directions on the card will result in the death of the player.
Each wounded player will cause your team to be deducted 25 points.
Each dead player will cause your team to be deducted 125 points.
Each wounded or killed player will be checked and respawned by the admin.


Your team will then be given the location of a link-up point. At that link-up point you will be given your mission for that round. Your movement to that link-up point will be tactical and you should expect contact at any time.



Objective 1: React to Ambush (May happen at any time in the game.)
Your team will be graded on how quickly they react and withdraw from the ambush area. The Ambush portion will not be graded on casualty aid and recovery. All players that survive give your team a bonus of 100 points. Each enemy hit is worth 50 points.

Objective 2: Break Contact
Your team will be given the route of travel, your team will be given a time limit to get to a pre determined position. You must avoid/break contact with all enemy you encounter. You will be deducted for casualties taken as stated in respawn rules.

Objective 3: Knock Out A Bunker
You will be expected to find and destroy an enemy fighting position that is expected to have fortified positions. You will be deducted for casualties taken as stated in respawn rules. Your team will be supplied with soft grenades.

Objective 4: React to Contact
You will be expected to patrol an area that is expected to have a heavy enemy patrol (5-7 man), find this patrol and destroy them. Each enemy hit is worth 50 points. You will be deducted for casualties taken as stated in respawn rules.

Objective 5: Conduct a Hasty Defense
Your team will be given a position to set up a defensive position, do not allow the enemy to penetrate this position, hold it at all costs. Each enemy hit is worth 50 points. You will be deducted for casualties taken as stated in respawn rules.

Raffle Rules:
Each Player (Teams and OpFor) will be given one (1) ticket. Anybody, may purchase more tickets at $1.00 each. If a ticket stub is drawn, someone must be present with the ticket to collect, you may pass your ticket to a team-mate. If a ticket number is called, someone must come foreward immediately or the next ticket will be drawn.
